The Central Business District has several 15-minute complimentary parking spaces on Oak Street, Chestnut Street, North Broad Street (which are located directly off of East Ridgewood Avenue), Hudson Street (spaces are located next to the Broad Street intersection, across from the Hudson Street Parking Garage), and Wilsey Square (just past the loading zone) on the west side, which are available on a daily basis. These parking spaces are limited to 15 minutes only, are free of charge to everyone, and are to be used to do a quick errand or pick up food or visit a business. Please be advised that if you are parked in these spaces longer than 15 minutes (you may not pay the kiosk to park in these spaces for a longer period of time), you may receive a parking summons.
